O “Banque Populaire” nomeia Loïck Peyron à frente do seu Maxi Trimaran Banque Populaire V. O anúncio foi feito pelo Diretor Geral do Banco, Olivier Klein, em conferência de imprensa assim que o famoso capitão francês regressou das Seychelles de 2011 Regata onde comandou o Maia Resort Yacht.
Loïck Peyron será o capitão do maior trimarã do próximo Troféu Júlio Verne. Os membros de sua equipe incluirão Ronan Lucas, Jeanne Gregoire e Armel Le Cleac'h (também capitão da Regata das Seychelles de 2011).
